Responsibilities

- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced AI techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
