Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Pioneer Research: Conduct high-level research into emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and multimodal synthesis.
- Optimization & Latency: Engineer solutions that reduce inference latency and operational costs for real-time AI applications.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish guidelines and guardrails to ensure AI systems are safe, unbiased, and transparent.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- System Design: Strong background in designing high-concurrency systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated interest in the trajectory of AI technology and the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving toolsets.
