Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of complex machine learning systems that scale efficiently with business growth.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate abstract business goals into robust technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring high throughput, low latency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model versioning, and data governance to ensure reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, with a strong understanding of algorithmic design.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-performance computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership.
