Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and large-scale machine learning pipelines to support 2026-level data processing demands.
- Model Research: Spearhead research in Generative AI, Transformers, and reinforcement learning to push the boundaries of what is possible in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference systems that minimize latency and maximize throughput for real-time applications.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategy: Collaborate with product leaders to define the AI roadmap, ensuring our technology remains ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
