The Role
As our Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex machine learning systems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our solutions are scalable, ethical, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data volumes and AI models.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical strategies and roadmaps for AI integration, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion to deployment and continuous monitoring.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Neural Architectures, and prototype new solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and design to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- System Design: Proven ability to design large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
