Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI architectures focused on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource utilization to support high-traffic applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing to implement cutting-edge techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proven experience designing MLOps pipelines and deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and NLP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
