Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-scale deployments by 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation machine learning models, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive and future-proof.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Present architectural decisions and roadmap updates to executive leadership stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
