Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability, reducing latency in real-time applications.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art (SOTA) techniques from the academic literature.
- Ensure data integrity, model robustness, and ethical AI practices across all deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, statistics, and probability.
- Experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
