- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and accuracy in high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and AI ethics guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for scalable infrastructure.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven track record of deploying successful ML models into production.
