Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines for real-time autonomous systems
- Lead development of generative AI models for natural language and computer vision applications
- Optimize neural network architectures for edge deployment and quantum computing integration
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum ML algorithms
- Research and prototype novel federated learning frameworks for distributed AI systems
- Mentor junior engineers in cutting-edge ML frameworks and ethical AI practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with 3+ years in production-scale deployments
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proficiency in quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) and hybrid AI systems
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible development practices
