Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for production scalability.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and MLOps implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive AI integration into core business solutions.
- Pioneering research into novel AI architectures, including Reinforcement Learning and Neural Symbolic AI.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models that handle millions of requests daily.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
