Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and neural architectures for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and scalability of AI infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous research to evaluate emerging AI trends and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to production.
