Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.
- Research and prototype novel deep learning architectures, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency in production environments using techniques like quantization and distillation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, A/B testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
