Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models designed for the 2026 market standard.
- Lead the research and implementation of transformer-based architectures and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize neural network inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex 2026 roadmap requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all AI training pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on emergent technologies in Quantum AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Deep understanding of neural network theory, optimization algorithms, and GPU acceleration.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
