Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for real-time data processing.
- Lead research initiatives in AI alignment, ethics, and advanced deep learning models.
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to integrate classical and quantum algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI lab.
- Optimize model inference latency to support edge computing devices.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems against safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
