Aether Dynamics is pioneering the next generation of artificial general intelligence and quantum computing integration. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Architect to lead the development of scalable, neural-quantum hybrid systems that will define the technological landscape of the decade.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, large-scale AI deployment. You will be responsible for designing the core infrastructure that powers our autonomous agents and predictive modeling engines. Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance neural network models optimized for quantum hardware environments.
- Lead the R&D strategy for the 2026 Horizon initiative, focusing on quantum supremacy in machine learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate quantum APIs into production pipelines.
- Optimize algorithmic efficiency to reduce computational latency and resource consumption.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for quantum-safe cryptography and AI security.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or quantum computing development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
