Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for AI systems, ensuring scalability and robustness for the technological landscape of 2026.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Design hybrid classical-quantum algorithms and architectures that leverage quantum supremacy for complex problem solving.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of Generative AI models with legacy enterprise systems to enhance efficiency and predictive capabilities.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict protocols for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in autonomous decision-making processes.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning in emerging tech.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous stress testing and optimization of AI workloads to ensure zero-latency performance under heavy loads.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and innovate solutions for unforeseen technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
