Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures integrating Quantum Computing resources with classical AI workloads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into novel algorithms and hardware-software co-designs for 2026-era performance benchmarks.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering plans.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of deep learning models for quantum hardware environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, CUDA, and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends and integrating them into successful product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-performance computing environments.
