Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive strategy integrating AI and quantum computing to solve complex enterprise challenges.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focusing on neural networks, quantum algorithms, and edge computing convergence.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Patent & Innovation Strategy: Identify high-value innovation opportunities and lead the documentation and patenting of proprietary technologies.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
