Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for commercial applications.
- Integrate quantum computing modules with classical AI frameworks to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for 2026.
- Conduct research on emerging quantum hardware architectures to ensure our software is future-proof.
- Optimize existing neural networks to run efficiently on hybrid cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
