Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, distributed architectures capable of integrating classical AI with emerging quantum computing paradigms for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the development of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Technical Visionary: Translate abstract future requirements into concrete technical specifications and engineering roadmaps.
- Optimization & Performance: Engineer high-performance neural networks and optimize inference latency for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product teams to ensure technical feasibility and innovation alignment.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI frameworks to prevent bias and ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering and distributed systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX is required.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or experience with hybrid classical-quantum algorithms is highly preferred.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong architecture skills in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
