Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for next-generation AI models.
- Architecture Design: Develop scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Prototype Development: Build and validate proof-of-concepts for future technologies, including predictive analytics and autonomous agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the convergence of AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing research or advanced NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- System Design: Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A proven track record of innovation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
