Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 transition, focusing on AI integration and quantum supremacy.
- Architecture Design: Design resilient, scalable, and secure systems that leverage next-gen AI models and quantum algorithms.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) and evaluate their applicability to our core products.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing research.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and quantum computing principles.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
