Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced Deep Learning models for Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Agentic AI and self-improving systems for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex research into deployable software solutions.
- Optimize neural network performance for high-throughput, low-latency production environments.
- Establish best practices for model governance, safety, and explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the department.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience deploying large-scale models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
