Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact research projects focused on the 2026 AI roadmap, including multimodal models and reinforcement learning.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to transition theoretical models into production-ready APIs.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, analysis, and peer review to ensure model accuracy and ethical safety.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and publish research findings in leading conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and model optimization techniques.
- Experience deploying ML models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
