Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural network architectures optimized for 2026 computing standards.
- Design and implement scalable algorithms for large-scale language models and generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and data scientists to integrate quantum computing principles into deep learning frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and PhD researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and improve energy efficiency.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Experience with distributed training and GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Demonstrated ability to publish novel research and contribute to open-source communities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
