Responsibilities
- Lead Research: Spearhead the design and implementation of novel deep learning models targeting deployment by 2026.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for our AI research initiatives, ensuring scalability and ethical AI standards.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes of generative AI agents and predictive analytics engines.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and design) to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Publication: Contribute to top-tier academic conferences and industry journals to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
