Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the design and implementation of the Model v2026, optimizing for scalability, efficiency, and performance.
- Training Pipelines: Build and maintain robust distributed training pipelines capable of handling massive datasets and complex model architectures.
- Optimization: Focus on model inference speed, memory efficiency, and energy consumption to ensure deployment readiness.
- Ethical AI: Work closely with our ethics board to ensure Model v2026 aligns with safety guidelines and reduces bias.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate cutting-edge research into tangible, real-world applications.
- Research Publication: Contribute to and author high-impact academic papers and technical blogs to establish our thought leadership in the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in research or software engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with Transformer architectures.
- Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of distributed computing, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and GPU optimization (CUDA).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle novel, undefined problems in the AI space.
