Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for generative models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with human values.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate research breakthroughs into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape by attending top conferences and publishing high-impact papers.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning or research roles.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) or open-sourcing impactful models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing systems.
