Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models, specifically targeting the 2026 roadmap milestones.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve throughput for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure AI safety and compliance.
- Design and execute rigorous A/B testing to validate model performance against benchmarks.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in research and development of deep learning models, specifically Transformers and GANs.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and MLOps practices (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Experience publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
