What You Will Do
Our ideal candidate is passionate about the convergence of neural networks and physical systems. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI model development, from data curation to deployment in edge devices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for real-time inference.
- Lead the development of Agentic AI frameworks capable of complex decision-making in unstructured environments.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate AI models into next-generation robotic platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Evaluate and implement the latest breakthroughs in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and robustness in safety-critical applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in the robotics or autonomous systems sector.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments (cloud or edge).
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and computer vision algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
