Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for real-time inference.
- Lead the development of Agentic AI frameworks capable of complex decision-making in unstructured environments.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate AI models into next-generation robotic platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Evaluate and implement the latest breakthroughs in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and robustness in safety-critical applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in the robotics or autonomous systems sector.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments (cloud or edge).
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and computer vision algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
