Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation machine learning algorithms, focusing on scalability and ethical AI implementation.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant software architectures for autonomous robotics and neural network interfaces.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define technical milestones and deliverables for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational overhead for edge devices.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or robotics engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning is highly preferred.
