Responsibilities
- Architect Safety Protocols: Design and implement scalable safety layers for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems to prevent hallucinations and ensure alignment with human values.
- Red Teaming & Adversarial Defense: Lead adversarial testing initiatives to identify vulnerabilities in our models before they reach production, specifically targeting 2026 threat vectors.
- Model Interpretability: Develop tools and methodologies to interpret model behavior, providing insights into decision-making processes for safety auditing.
- Policy Implementation: Translate safety research findings into concrete engineering requirements and guardrails for product deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and regulatory bodies regarding AI safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI Safety, or a similar technical research role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for ethical AI development.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment focused on future technologies.
