Responsibilities
- Architect AGI Roadmaps: Design high-level system architectures for Artificial General Intelligence projects, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focusing on Transformer models, reinforcement learning, and neural-symbolic integration.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Implement and oversee safety protocols, bias mitigation strategies, and responsible AI governance.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the 2026 technology roadmap and investment priorities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
