Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional audits to ensure algorithmic fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate bias mitigation techniques into the development lifecycle.
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption across the organization and external stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and legislative changes to ensure 2026 compliance.
- Train product teams and leadership on the societal impact of machine learning models.
- Publish thought leadership on the future of AI governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI strategy, ethics consulting, or policy development.
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, NLP, and deep learning models.
- Proven track record of influencing technical teams to adopt ethical standards.
- Experience with policy development and navigating regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
