Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable backend architectures that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with Web3 protocols.
- AI Agent Development: Lead the development of autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex tasks within decentralized environments.
- Smart Contract Optimization: Collaborate with security auditors to write and optimize high-performance smart contracts, ensuring maximum security and efficiency.
- Real-Time Data Processing: Build high-throughput data pipelines capable of handling real-time inference and transaction verification.
- Mentorship & Innovation: Guide junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of specialized experience in AI/ML or Blockchain/Web3.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Rust; experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Solidity.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
