The Role:
You will be responsible for the technical roadmap of the 2026 Horizon Project, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at a global scale. You will collaborate with top-tier researchers to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
Responsibilities
- Define the high-level system architecture for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed computing systems using Python, Rust, and Go.
- Oversee code reviews and mentor junior developers in best practices for AI integration.
- Ensure system resilience and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize database performance and data pipelines for real-time analytics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
