Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 product roadmap and strategic vision.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high performance for high-volume deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for the engineering department.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Act as the primary technical stakeholder for C-suite executive reporting.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design within enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and digital modernization.
- Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
