Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the core architecture of the 2026 Protocol, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability across AI and Web3 layers.
- System Integration: Integrate machine learning models into decentralized networks, optimizing data flow and reducing latency.
- Security Engineering: Lead security audits and implement zero-trust architectures to protect sensitive proprietary algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior developers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on either AI/ML or Distributed Systems/Blockchain.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, Go, and Solidity. Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch is highly preferred.
- Protocol Design: Deep understanding of consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving unsolved problems in scalable systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
