Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term architectural roadmap for Omni 2026, ensuring scalability and resilience for future technologies.
- System Design: Lead the design and implementation of complex distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, security, and operations teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and review critical code to maintain high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of distributed systems principles.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, large-scale problems.
