Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the high-level system strategy and technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and future scalability.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines across the team.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Integrate advanced security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience architecting on AWS, GCP, or Azure, utilizing services like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex, high-volume issues and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
