- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of emerging quantum computing protocols with classical machine learning models to achieve unprecedented computational speeds.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks. Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit) is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment in fast-paced environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and architect resilient solutions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to global executive boards.
