Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the 2026 Horizon AI research roadmap, focusing on General Intelligence and adaptive learning models.
- Design and implement novel deep neural network architectures that outperform current state-of-the-art benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research findings into production-ready AI systems.
- Mentor and manage a team of research engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the 2026 AI revolution.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning research, with a strong focus on NLP, Reinforcement Learning, or Multimodal AI.
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed papers in prestigious conferences.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and safety protocols in high-stakes environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
