Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable backend APIs and microservices tailored for 24/7 availability.
- Monitor system health, logs, and metrics during night operations to proactively identify and resolve anomalies.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure zero-downtime deployments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Design and implement robust database solutions (SQL/NoSQL) to handle high-volume data processing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development with a strong focus on reliability.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java) and web frameworks (Django, Spring Boot, or Gin).
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
