Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and logs to ensure 99.99% uptime during the night shift.
- Execute critical deployments, patch management, and database maintenance in the off-hours window.
- Triage and resolve high-severity technical issues that arise outside of standard business hours.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team via asynchronous communication channels (Slack, Jira).
- Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and incident reports.
- Conduct code reviews and optimize database queries to improve system efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience (5+ years).
- Proven experience with backend languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
