Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, and audit complex smart contracts in Solidity and Rust, ensuring high security and gas efficiency.
- Protocol Architecture: Lead the architectural design of DeFi protocols and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Security Audits: Implement rigorous security practices and participate in internal and external security audits.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize blockchain applications for maximum throughput and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Blockchain/Web3.
- Technologies: Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Experience with Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Security Mindset: Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and common smart contract vulnerabilities (re-entrancy, overflow, etc.).
