Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation for microservices architectures
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through architectural best practices
- Provide 24/7 on-call rotation support for critical production systems
- Mentor junior engineers through technical documentation and code reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Kubernetes orchestration
Qualifications
- 5+ years AWS experience with 3+ years in cloud architecture roles
- Expertise in IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in at least one cloud-native language (Python/Go)
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Pro or equivalent
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with infrastructure security frameworks (CIS, NIST)
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
