Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS cloud architectures for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform and AWS DevOps tools
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% system availability
- Mentor junior engineers through cloud architecture best practices
- Conduct security assessments and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud migration roadmaps
- Research and implement emerging cloud technologies (Serverless, Containers, AI/ML)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of AWS infrastructure experience with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expert-level certification (AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong Python/Go scripting for automation solutions
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of leading cloud migration projects
- Excellent communication skills for technical client presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
