Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust cloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
- Lead complex cloud migration projects for enterprise clients while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture reviews and FinOps best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and establish cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST)
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for high-traffic systems
- Drive cloud governance through infrastructure-as-code standards and policy enforcement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure/GCP certifications
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration
- Proven track record designing multi-region, high-availability architectures
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation
- Experience with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in distributed systems troubleshooting
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
- Portfolio demonstrating complex cloud architecture projects
