Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Lead migration strategies for on-premise applications to cloud-native environments
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Implement robust monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) for system observability
- Optimize cloud costs through resource allocation and architectural improvements
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/GCP/Azure certifications
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and DevOps practices
- Background in designing secure, high-availability cloud architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
